太极拳现在已经成为很多人锻炼养生的选择,如今很多年人也加入了这个行列。然而,太极拳也跟很多运动一样,注意什么时候练习好,练习多长时间,在太极拳的习练上都是很有助力的。

练习时间也是要根据每个人情况而定的,如果是业余爱好者,或者是为了锻炼养生,那么在时间、身体都允许的情况下,每天练习40分钟至1个半小时左右均可。如果是专业爱好者则可以根据自身情况加长时间。

其实上面所说并不是绝对,很多人可能在早晨并没有太多的时间去进行锻炼。那么这时候就可以在下午和晚上进行,但注意不要练到太晚,否则会使大脑皮层兴奋而难以入睡。很多人可能上班时间不定,那就可以根据上班情况以及时间来安排锻炼的时间,要注意不要练习太长时间而超出身体负荷,否则会得不偿失。
